Replacements cannot be Guaranteed. 

 

  • If a New Item(s) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at jacqueline@zahweeclosetblings.com with a picture of the damaged item(s) within 3 business days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or store credit. If available item(s) will be replaced or a store credit will be issued if item is irreplaceable.
     
  • Normal wear and tear of a worn items is not eligible for refund or return. 
     
  • Open O-Rings, Jump Rings, or adhesive loss which can be repaired with minimal effort and/or jeweler's glue are not eligible for refund or replacement. Please inspect carefully all jewelry when received and before wearing.
     
  • There is no liability for shipping delays/errors or damage upon shipment.
